Fantastic Customer Service!!! I ordered flowers for my son’s fiancé’s birthday. I received an email that they had been delivered but my son let me know that they were not there. I called and emailed the florist, but it was Sunday and they were closed so I was afraid I would not receive a response. Then, not even 30 minutes later, I received a phone call from Jimmy at the florist. He explained that they had delivered the flowers the prior day, but as we discussed it, he realized that they had been delivered to the wrong place. He said he would have new flowers delivered right away and within the next 30 minutes, he had sent me a photo of the flowers on my son’s stoop. I am so impressed at that level of responsiveness and service! Will be using Encinitas florist every time in the future!!

Beautiful flowers, really a gorgeous arrangement. Delivered on time and by people respecting the COVID guidelines which I appreciated. Very friendly store, will use again and would recommend.
